Refund Policy – Tickets2australia

1. General Policy

At Tickets2australia we act as a booking agent for third-party airlines and travel suppliers. By making a booking with us, you agree that your ability to cancel or modify your ticket is strictly governed by the airline’s specific fare rules and Terms & Conditions.

Important: The majority of discounted, economy, and promotional fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. We strongly recommend reviewing the fare rules of your specific ticket before confirming your booking.

2. Cancellation Process

If you need to cancel your flight, you must notify us in writing immediately.

  • Step 1: Email our support team at [Insert Support Email] with your Booking Reference (PNR).
  • Step 2: We will review your ticket's fare rules to see if a refund is permitted by the airline.
  • Step 3: If a refund is possible, we will inform you of the total refund amount (Ticket value minus Airline Penalty minus Our Administration Fee).
  • Step 4: Upon your approval, we will submit the request to the airline.

3. Administration & Service Fees

As a travel agency, we incur costs to process bookings and handle cancellations. If your ticket is eligible for a refund, the following fees will apply:

  • Airline Penalty: A cancellation fee charged directly by the airline (deducted from the ticket value).
  • Our Administration Fee: Tickets2australia charges a processing fee of £75.00 per passenger (or the amount agreed upon at the time of booking) to handle the refund claim with the airline.

Note: Our initial service fees and booking fees paid at the time of the original reservation are non-refundable

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are not instant. Once we submit a refund request to the airline, it enters their processing queue.

  • Standard Timeline: Please allow 10 to 12 weeks for the airline to authorize and transfer the funds back to us.
  • Processing: Once we receive the funds from the airline, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. "No-Show" Policy

If you fail to check in for your flight by the airline's deadline ("No-Show"), your ticket typically loses all value. In most cases, no refund will be granted for no-shows, even if the ticket was originally refundable.

Passengers who fail to show up for their flight without prior cancellation are generally not eligible for a refund. Some airlines may allow rebooking with applicable penalties.

6. Billing & Refund Method

All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.

  • Bank Statement Descriptor: Please remember that the refund credit on your bank statement will likely appear as "GALAXY FLIGHTS".

7. Flight Changes & Rescheduling

If you wish to change your travel dates instead of canceling:

  • Changes are subject to availability and airline fare rules.
  • You will be responsible for the Airline Change Fee + Fare Difference (if the new flight is more expensive) + Our Administration Fee of £50.00.
