Welcome to Tickets2australia. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through our website or via our customer service team.

Important: We act solely as a booking agent for third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, and consolidators). When you make a booking, your contract for the flight or service is directly with the supplier (e.g., the airline), and their specific terms and conditions also apply to your journey.

3. Booking and Contract Formation

A booking is not confirmed until:

• 1. You have provided full payment or a required deposit.
• 2. We have verified the availability and price with the airline/supplier.
• 3. We have issued a confirmed E-ticket or booki

Note: An automated email acknowledging receipt of your request does not constitute a confirmed contract. In the rare event that a fare increases between your request and our issuance of the ticket, we will contact you for approval before processing the payment.

4. Payments and Billing Transparency

We accept payments via major credit and debit cards and bank transfers.

Billing Descriptor: For your security and transparency, please note that all payments processed via our website or over the phone will appear on your bank or credit card statement as "GALAXY FLIGHTS". By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you recognize this merchant name and authorize the transaction.

5. Prices and Taxes

All prices are subject to availability and can change without notice until the ticket is issued.

• Prices include applicable government taxes and airport fees known at the time of booking.
• Some airports or hotels may charge local tourism taxes or resort fees which must be paid locally by the passenger.

6. Changes and Cancellations by You

Since we offer discounted and promotional fares, many tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.

• Changes: If the airline rules permit a change, it will be subject to the airline’s penalty fee plus our administration fee of [Insert Fee, e.g., £50] per passenger.
• Cancellations: If your ticket is refundable, the refund amount is determined by the airline’s policy. We charge a processing fee of [Insert Fee, e.g., £75] per passenger for handling refund requests.
• No-Show: If you fail to check in for your flight, the ticket generally loses all value, and no refund will be issued.

7. Changes and Cancellations by the Supplier

Airlines may occasionally reschedule or cancel flights due to operational issues.

• Minor Changes: We will notify you of minor schedule adjustments.
• Major Changes/Cancellations: If an airline cancels your flight, we will assist you in obtaining a refund or rebooking an alternative flight as per the airline's policy. We act as an intermediary and are not liable for direct losses caused by airline operational decisions.

8. Passports, Visas, and Health

It is the passenger's strict responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents.

• Passports: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
• Visas: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, including transit visas.
• Specific to Australia: Holders of British/EU passports typically require an eVisitor or ETA to enter Australia. It is your responsibility to secure this before travel.
• Health: You must comply with all health requirements (e.g., vaccinations) for your destination and transit points.

Tickets2australia accepts no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into a country due to incorrect documentation.

10. Limitation of Liability

As an agent, we are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers (airlines/hotels) or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
